Description

This variety is a 9-11″ tall, deep green celery that grows larger than the original Utah celery variety. It is resistant to Brown Check, Western Celery Mosaic, and Fusarium Race II.

Soil & Water: Plant in rich, loamy soil. Water heavily.

Planting & Growing: Start indoors 10 weeks before the last frost. You can also direct sow once the soil is 60 degrees, and you can overwinter celery in containers too!

Harvesting & Storage: Harvest when full size. Water the celery plants the day before you harvest them, for optimal flavor.
