This sage can be dried, frozen, or used fresh in poultry and meat dishes, or made into tea! It’s also a great edible landscaping plant. Perennial.

Sage – Array – Salvia officinalis

Soil & Water: Plant in well-drained, moderately rich soil and provide organic matter. May require light afternoon shade if you live in a warmer area of the country.

Planting & Growing: Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost. Prune sage after flowering to keep plant from getting woody.
