Description
Scotia Elderberry produces smaller, but very sweet berries that are great for making pies, jams, and jellies! This variety is popular in Canada.
Grow your own elderberries from these cuttings from Strathearn Elderberries, a small family farm in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia! When growing elderberries, keep in mind that they cross-pollinate. A minimum of two plants is suggested for pollination purposes. Planting multiple varieties of elderberries together are reported to improve pollination, but they are not required.
