This dried mullein is perfect for making your own infused oils, teas, and tinctures. In addition, the plant material can be moistened with some water to make a poultice for external use. You can use it for so many things! Commonly used for the respiratory system and sore muscles.  As an expectorant, mullein tea is the perfect remedy for unproductive coughs.
