How to Use Your Companion Planting Matrix

Tip: For best results, print out the matrix in color, so you can reference it out in the garden.

1. Download the Companion Planting Matrix (link will arrive in your email shortly)
2. Think of a crop that you already want to plant. Find the crop name on the top row and/or the side column.
3. If two plants have a beneficial companion relationship with one another, the cell will be green and say “C”. If two plants have an antagonistic relationship with one another, the cell will be red and say “A”.
