Enter your first fall frost date (Oct 27 for Roanoke, Virginia), and this tool will give you the latest planting dates you need to use to be able to harvest a crop before it’s too cold.  Realize that if you use frost protection like row covers, you can extend these dates by a couple of weeks.

On Saturday, January 28, 2023 we had a devastating fire in our shop building that houses our seed business. An electrical source started it and it was out of control by the time it was noticed and we could start fighting it. Most all of our seeds and other products, and office equipment for our business were destroyed in the fire, so we’ve had to start over again.
